EMPLOYMENT:

⟶ For the above programs candidates must be employed on regular service basis in and around Hyderabad and who have an experience of at least one year as on last date of submission of online application form after acquiring the prescribed qualifications. Along with the application the candidate has to upload original working experience certificate on organization’s letter head with phone no. and Email ID of issuing authority.

ADMISSIONS TEST:

⟶ • Admission will be made on the basis of performance in the Online Entrance Test only to be conducted by JNTUH at Hyderabad. Qualified candidates will be called for admission based on merit list. The Entrance Test is one-hour duration and consists of 60 objective type of questions. Syllabus for entrance test, program wise, is enclosed. In case the candidates securing equal marks in the Entrance Test, age will be considered, older candidate will be given priority. Merit list will be displayed on JNTUH website only, there is no separate communication in this regard.

⟶ • ISSUE OF HALL TICKETS: The Hall Ticket along with entrance schedule and necessary instructions will be made available in JNTUH website www.jntuh.ac.in at least one week before the commencement of entrance tests. The candidates have to download the Hall Ticket and affix a latest passport size photograph (which is exactly similar to the one uploaded in the Online Application) in the space provided and get itself attested. Without the Hall Ticket (with self attested photograph), the candidate is not allowed to appear for entrance test.

RESERVATIONS:

⟶Admission will be made with reservations for SC / ST / BC and PH as per state Govt. norms. Enclose self-attested photo copy of relevant certificate to the application. 331/3% of seats are reserved for women.

FEES DETAILS:

⟶Registration fee of Rs.2000/- to be paid (add late fee of Rs. 1000/- if applicable) at the time of submitting the online application form. Tuition fee of Rs.15,000/- per semester. At the time of admission, the candidate has to pay first semester fee. Fee once paid will not be refunded.

  1. No Objection Certificate from the employer:  To be issued on company Letter Head by the Head of the Organization/Department/Unit where the candidate is currently working.    
  2. Details of employment/ working experience :  Particulars of employment(s) from date of completion of prescribed qualifying Examination till date. Work experience / Service Certificates with full address of organization.
  3. Integrated Community Certificate in case of SC/ST/BC candidates in the prescribed proforma from the Revenue Officer.
  4. Medical Certificate from District Medical Board for PH candidates only.

 

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Separate online application must be submitted for each program.
  • Minimum Number of admitted candidates for starting a program is 50% of sanctioned intake.
  • Registration fee and Tuition fee paid at the time of admission will not be refunded.
  • The University reserves the right to make alterations in the intake and rules for admission.
  • Appearance at the Entrance Test does not automatically entitle for admission.
  • If it is detected that a candidate has been admitted due to any mistake made inadvertently in the processing of applications and during the admission stage, the University reserves the right to cancel the seat at any stage.
  • PTPG Candidates are not eligible for any scholarships. All courses are of  3 years duration (6 semesters).

 

  • If any dispute concerning admissions in the program of JNTUH arises, the jurisdiction shall remain with the Courts in Hyderabad only and the High Court of Telangana State.
